Blah January

I started this month off thinking I loved January. But, the longer it drags on, the more I can't stand it. I started the month off eating whatever I wanted and not exercising as much. Now, I am paying for that. I feel awful. So, I am hoping to get back to a normal diet again and exercising every day. So far, I have exercised the last 3 days. I am loving my Bob Harper yoga. I can feel a difference in my body each and every day. I am hoping to reach a new goal by my birthday. I hope to lose at least lose 8 pounds by April 3rd. That is a pound each week, which should be easy. (yeah right)






This weekend was nice. Jaden had a friend over on Saturday, and they had a blast. Sunday, Grandma and Papa came over for some dessert and visiting. That was nice. The kids were so happy to see them. We had planned on going to Terre Haute for some visiting on Tuesday, but the weather is not looking so good. It might have to wait.
I am getting tired of being stuck inside and have found myself spending more money than usual. I wish I could find some free activities. We might head over to the library again today. We have been watching a lot of movies during this cold weather. Our favorites right now are Narnia, Peter Pan, and Willy Wonka. Jaden also likes National Treasure. We watched Igor the other night. That is a very strange movie! It is worth watching just to see the oddity of it!

This Friday, we are having a playdate here for some other MOPS kids. That should be fun. Have a great week everyone, and I can't wait for February!

Monday: Chicken strip pitas, rice

Tuesday: Spaghetti and meatballs, spinach salad

Wednesday: homemade pizza, spinach salad

Thursday: Leftovers

Friday: takeout sandwiches

Saturday: Church night, not sure

Sunday: Tacos, corn
