Awhile back I purchased two antique desks for homeschooling. One is in the playroom and the other is sitting in our dining room. After putting it there, I decided I like it there. I wish I knew of a way to decorate it or make it fit in the room better. Any ideas?
We will eventually be painting the walls green and I am hoping to put some harlequin diamonds on one wall.

I love the desk and my friend paints the cutest furniture. You should check her out and copy one of her painted items. You could simply polka dot it or paint it a cute barn red. Check out Teresa at
