250 and counting......

So, today I have started a strict diet. I have said that several times in my life, especially the last couple of weeks. And yes, I am going to say, "Really, I am this time!". So, today I have had 250 calories and ran on the treadmill. Now, I have to eat supper. I plan on 500 calories for that. Most of you know, I have lost 70 pounds in the last few years and I have 20 more to lose. Now, I have a little more than 20, thanks to overeating the past couple of months. I think I eat food when I am missing something else. Well, with the move, I have been home a lot and not meeting many new people. I really feel we will meet more people when the weather gets warmer and we are out more. But, for now, we have been stuck inside with snow and ice outside most of the time. When I am stuck inside, I am always wanting to eat! I really don't know what it is, but it is very hard for me to just stick with my meals. But, that is what I have started to do today. I will have my special treats now and then, but I need to get back on track.
We had a great time in Terre Haute yesterday! It was my brother's birthday and we got him a gift card to Ridemakerz! This place looks so cool. I can't wait for him to go. He is a car junkie, and this just seems like his thing! We also achieved a major goal yesterday! We got my brother and his family to go to church with us! What a blessing that was! I also feel that God was speaking directly to him through the sermon we had that night. God was definitely there and working through our pastor. Hopefully, we can keep them going. We will be praying for that.
