Yesterday, I was sitting outside watching the kids play and I felt a bump on my neck. It is on the side of my neck! I sat there trying to think of what it could be. I did do some different exercises yesterday that might have strained my neck, but why would it cause a bump. Very weird. I am a little nervous about it and I am hoping it will just go away!
Speaking of exercises, I did Jillian Michael's Shred video, and wow! What a workout! Every muscle aches today! I noticed that the scale is still the same. I hope to be down by tomorrow or the next day. My clothes really feel different!
Today, I am wearing my hair curly. I don't like it as much, but it is still cute.

JUst watch the bump over the next few days to see if it changes. If it does not get smaller, or if it does get bigger, have it checked out. Otherwise, it could just be from your workout.
I won't be at MOPS on Friday cuz I got asked to sub at school! I'll miss you, though!
